Do I need to book a bungee jumping date?

We do not keep reservations by the hour, queuing applies.

Just show up at our place and jump!

We are open seven days a week from 12:00 to 18:30 from April to the end of October. We announce any days off during the season on our Facebook, instagram and website. We do not operate during thunderstorms, downpours or strong winds. A little rain does not interfere

Do I need to buy a ticket/voucher in advance?

You don't have to, you can pay on the spot, either by cash or card

I have a jump voucher, do I also not need to book a date?

Yes, having a voucher for a jump also applies to the queue.

How old do I have to be to bungee jump?

12 years old and 40 kg is the minimum, but the jump must take place in the presence of a parent and with their written consent, signed on site.

Where to buy a bungee jump for a gift or for yourself?

You can purchase a bungee jump on our website under the voucher tab. After paying for the purchase, we will send a voucher with the recipient's name (or yours) to the email address you provide.

You can print such a voucher or show it to us on your phone while you are there! It is also possible to purchase a voucher at Bungee Jumping Krakow, 16 Pokoju Avenue, Krakow, during opening hours.

I have a voucher for bungee jumping, but the expiration date is running out - what to do?

If you are unable to complete the bungee jump by the specified date, write to us to request an extension of the voucher. You can write to us, for example, in messenger on facebook or instagram, or by email at biuro@skokibungee.pl

How long is a voucher for bungee jumping valid?

The voucher for bungee jumping is valid for one year from the date of purchase, for any day during the season, which runs from April to the end of October.

What are the weight limits?

If you weigh over 40 kilograms and have no health contraindications - you can bungee jump!

We do not have a limit on the maximum weight of the jumper - our rubbers can easily hold a weight of over 300 kilograms!

Until when does the bungee jumping season last?

How much does a bungee jump cost?

Can I buy photos or video to go with the jump?

Yes, we will be happy to take about 30 photos and record your jump! After the jump you will receive a certificate from us and on it you will receive instructions for downloading the materials. Check the price of photos and video on our website: https://skokibungee.pl/sklep

How do I get the video and photos from the jump?

After the jump you will receive a certificate from us and on it instructions for downloading materials from the jump with a personalized code. You will download the video and photos to your phone/computer just 10 minutes after the jump!
