I. Processing of personal data

  1. Personal data provided by Customers in connection with the registration and use of
    Service www.skokibungee.pl - hereinafter referred to as the "Service" - are processed by the entrepreneur acting under the name Bungy Kraków sp. z o.o., NIP: 675-181-62-19 providing
    services in Krakow, al. Pokoju 16, 31-564, Krakow, which is the administrator of such data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws
    U. 2016, item 922 as amended).
  2. Personal data entrusted by Customers, in particular name, surname, address,
    e-mail address, telephone number, are processed:
    1) to the extent necessary for the establishment, formation of the content, change, termination and
    proper implementation of services provided electronically and the execution of orders placed
    ;
    2) for the purpose of processing complaints made;
    3) if the Customer agrees to receive marketing information from the Store, by subscribing to the newsletter, including sending
    commercial information electronically,
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, lack of consent to process
    personal data may prevent the processing of placed orders.
  4. By entrusting his personal data, the customer has the right to inspect them, the right to request
    updates, to stop processing them and the right to request their deletion.

II. Safety rules

  1. The Service ensures the security of personal data through appropriate
    technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage. The
    Service shall exercise due diligence to ensure that information containing personal data is:
    1) correct and processed in a lawful manner,
    2) obtained only for the specified purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with
    those purposes,
    3) proportionate, accurate and up-to-date,
    4) not kept longer than necessary,
    5) processed in accordance with the rights of the persons (to whom it pertains), including
    in accordance with the right to reserve access,
    6) securely stored and not transferred without adequate protection.
  2. The Customer, for his/her safety, should:
    1) log out of the Website at the end of each session. Logging out of the Website will take place after clicking on the "Logout" button;
    2) keep the login and password to the account confidential, including, in particular, not to transfer
    data (login, password) to any third party;
    3) use anti-virus programs and regularly scan the disk for viruses;
    4) use the Website only through trusted computers or other
    devices on which only verified software is installed. The use of other people's computers raises the risk of interception of login, password or other data that is provided by the Customer;
    5) if you use the Service via a foreign computer, such as in an Internet cafe, take care not to memorize data on the computer and delete the history of pages viewed. The memorized data can be used by the next person who will
    use this computer.

III. Technical information

  1. During the Customer's use of the Website, small files (especially text files) containing information necessary for the proper use of the Website, so-called "cookies", are saved on the final device (computer,
    smartphone, tablet, etc.). Thanks to
    saving these files on the device it is possible, among other things, to remember login data,
    thanks to which the Client does not have to, for example, enter login and password each time. Thanks to cookies it is possible for the Service to collect statistical data, which enables its development
    according to the expectations of our Customers.
  2. Cookies do not contain data that identify the Customer, based on them it is not possible to determine anyone's identity. These files are in no way harmful to the
    devices of the Client and do not change their settings or the settings of the software installed on them.
    Reading the contents of these files is possible only by the server that created them.
  3. Two types of cookies are used during the use of the Website: session files and permanent files. Session files are temporary files that are stored on the
    Client's device until the Client logs out of the Website, leaves it or closes the browser. Permanent files are stored on the Client's device for the time specified in the parameters of these
    files or until they are deleted by the Client.
  4. The www.skokibungee.pl Service uses the following cookies:
    1) files necessary for the operation of the Service - these files enable proper operation of the Service, logging, navigation. Without their saving on the Client's device, the use of
    Service is impossible;
    2) files ensuring the security of activities carried out within the Service. Lack of
    of these files will prevent safe operation;
    3) statistical files - enable the Website to collect statistical information on
    how the Website is used;
    4) functional files - files enabling remembering the Client's settings and preferences.
    Thanks to saving these files on the device, among other things, there will be no need to enter the login and password each time;
    5) advertising files - files enabling receiving personalized advertising. These files
    may be used by the Website or its cooperating advertisers
    and partners, thanks to which an advertisement tailored to the Customer's interests may be displayed, and the number of times an advertisement is displayed may be limited thanks to which advertisements will be less burdensome, etc.
    6) social media files - enabling integration of social networking sites (among others
    Facebook, Google+, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) used by the Customer with the Website.
  5. Most often, your browser settings allow cookies to be saved by default. If you do not allow these files to be saved on your device, you should
    change your browser settings accordingly. The change can be
    not to save cookies on your device, or to inform you each time a particular file is saved on your device. You can also delete files from your device every time you finish using the Website. Detailed information about the possibility and
    ways of handling cookies is available in the settings and in the "Help" section of your web browser. Please note that restrictions on the use of cookies may
    make it difficult or impossible to use the Website.
  6. The browser settings of the customer's device that allow the files to be saved means that the customer consents to the files being stored on his/her device.
  7. The Customer's personal data are stored in a database that uses
    technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with
    requirements set forth by generally applicable laws regarding
    personal data protection. Access to the database is granted only to persons with
    authorizations granted by the data administrator.

IV. Final Provisions

Due to the continuous development and advancement of technology, the rules set forth in this document are subject to change. Customers will be informed of the change of these rules in advance, no later than 7 days before the change, by posting the new content of this document on the website of the Service at www.skokibungee.pl.
