In order to take a jump on a rubber rope, it is necessary to get acquainted with the following regulations, confirm in writing that you are familiar with them and accept the provisions contained therein. Acceptance of the regulations obliges you to comply with them
- It is forbidden to perform jumps to people who suffer from ailments of the cardiovascular system, heart disease, with dysfunctions or injuries of the organ of sight, or after its surgery, patients with epilepsy, pregnant women and people with spinal conditions or after spinal injuries, fractures of the lower limbs, pelvis or other severe injuries.
- Large varicose veins of the lower extremities, hemiparesis, osteoporosis, discopathy, asthma, panic attacks, severe neurological diseases, chronic ear ailments with balance disorders are conditions that are contraindications to bungee jumping. If you have any doubts about your health, consult an appropriate specialist before jumping.
- The person making the jump is obliged to inform the staff before the jump of all the aforementioned conditions and injuries, as well as those that are of concern to the jumping person.
- It is forbidden to perform jumps to persons who are under the influence of intoxicants or alcohol.
- The participant of the jump is obliged to leave at the bottom all items that may fall out during the jump, such as wallet, cell phone, lighter, keys and others in pockets. The same applies to jewelry. Only shoes below the ankle can be jumped, shoes above the ankle must be removed before jumping.
- It is forbidden to grab the rubber rope on which the jump takes place, during the jump.
- The organizer of jumping is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules of jumping, instructor's instructions, statement of untruth or concealment of essential facts.
- In the case of underage participants, over 16 years of age, the jump can take place with written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- For participants under the age of 16, the jump can only take place in the presence of a parent and with their written consent at the jump site - the minimum weight is 40kg.
- In a situation where a participant does not comply with the above regulations, the organizer has the right to refuse to allow the participant to perform the jump, and if the jump occurs, the organizer is not responsible for any damage suffered by the participant.
